We do our very best to work with each and every customer on a one and one basis to ensure that the product that you receive is exactly what you have requested and are wanting. If there is an issue, or an issue should arise with a product you receive from us, please contact us directly immediately so that we may assess the garment or other product for viability of repair. Being that every item is custom made, for each customer, we can not ensure that we can always replace, repair or accept the return of damaged items. Items are typically meant for display purposes or are for very light use, unless otherwise specified.
I can not give refunds or exchanges on specialty or special order items. If you wish to cancel an item all monies paid will be retained by the store and upon request remaining supplies purchased for the item will be shipped to the customer! The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of those used and unused supplies.
